Well Rob and I have just finished setting up a display of our Sewing Machines at the Craft and Quilt show on here in Adelaide Thursday 6th til Sunday 9th November. Hopefully we can promote and bring the pleasure of ISMACS to more of the public and encourage some of them to join.
A Friend and I will be sewing quilt blocks on both our favourite Hand cranks and demonstrating sewing on a Singer Treadle. Just like Grandma had :-) Our display is of machines across the ages. From an early Davis Vertical Feed Treadle c1876 to a late 222K Featherweight c1953.
